Coremetrics Expands Certified Partner Programme in Europe with eCircle Technology Partnership

The deal delivers a technology partnership between the two vendors that will enable Coremetrics LIVEmail™ customers to seamlessly integrate online behavioural data with eCircle’s eC-messenger email system to automatically issue relevant, personalised emails.

Coremetrics will track eCircle email campaign data to enable marketers to create personalised, tailor-made landing pages for customers, in addition to generating automated, event-triggered, targeted emails that maximise conversions, recover abandoned shopping carts and capitalise on cross and up sell opportunities.

Having trialled the new offering, Phil Jones, database operations manager, Freemans Gratton Holdings UK, states: “The Coremetrics LIVEmail and eCircle integration provided a quick and easy option to release a number of email initiatives, including abandoned basket and browse behaviour emails. The deal with eCircle, which is headquartered in Germany, is the latest success from Coremetrics GmBH, which has seen impressive growth, with an increase of over 300 per cent new customer sign-ups in the last 18 months.
